Nichole Pareti is a former classical dancer and certified movement and yoga teacher, whose focus lies on wellness, travel, and environmental advocacy. Honing in on the creation of rituals to live a more meaningful life, she believes that through living with intention, we are all capable of finding fulfillment. She hopes to inspire all with her teachings and is dedicated to raising awareness on intentional & sustainable living practices. So, that we will not only enrich our own lives, but our planet's as well.
